A fine 19th Century mahogany and brass bound pedestal desk, the top, sides and drawers with fielded panels of mahogany within polished brass borders, the sides with fluting. Four short drawers to each pedestal and one central drawer, all with brass handles and a large slide at either end. The back finished in similar manner with faux drawers. The whole raised on tapered legs terminating in brass castors.
