A set of four Louis XVI style ormolu three branch wall-lights, each backplate with musical trophy, satyr mask, garlands, serpent and ribbon-tied drapery with ram’s mask finial, the scroll branches hung with bunches of grapes.

A rare set of four palatial scale bronze wall lights, the classical ram’s heads implying prominence and power. Also known as appliques , each of these wall lights supports three scrolled candle arms. They date to the reign of Napoleon III, Emperor of France.
